We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all PulseTrack One purchases. If you are not satisfied with your watch for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your PulseTrack One must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your package.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping costs for returning your item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Beyond the 30-day return period, your PulseTrack One is covered by our 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
